Privacy notice
Who we are. Saenwerk is an initiative of Camel Thorn Capital B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 97690481. Camel Thorn Capital B.V. is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions? Email hallo@saenwerk.com.
What we collect
When you join the waiting list, we collect the details you enter in the form:
- your name and email address
- the types of workspace you're interested in
- your team size and when you'd like to start
- anything you write in the optional message field
- the language of the page you signed up on
We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this website. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect it against automated abuse. When you close the cookie notice or choose a language, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. To suggest the right language, the site also checks which country you are in (via Cloudflare); this is not stored. This contains no personal data and never leaves your device.
Why we use it
We use your details only to:
- keep you informed about Saenwerk, such as the location, prices and opening date
- invite you as a founding member when we open reservations
- understand which kinds of workspace people need, so we can plan the building
We process your data based on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. We will never sell your data.
Who processes it for us
- Formspree receives the form and forwards your sign-up to us by email. Formspree is based in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. This transfer relies on the safeguards in Formspree's data processing agreement, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site securely.
- Our email provider stores the emails we receive and send.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up for up to two years after you submit it, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Email hallo@saenwerk.com and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
