That's the plan for companies that rent a private office under a lease. Whether an address suits your registration depends on your situation. We don't give tax or legal advice, but can introduce you to local advisers.

What's the difference between a business address and a registered office?

A business address gives you a Zaandam address for your post. A registered office here means a private office under a lease of 24 months or longer, used only by your company, for companies that need a genuine presence in the Netherlands.

When can I sign a lease?

Once we've secured the building. Founding members are invited first and reserve with a refundable deposit, held by a Dutch notary and credited against their rent.
